The role of the seal is to close the gap of the oil spill in the box, and to prevent the intrusion of dust, sand and other dirt into the box, but if the installation or use is improper, it is easy to cause oil leakage, affecting the normal work of the machine, 75-A caused by burning out the bearing, breaking the gear, breaking the drive shaft or other serious failures.
 
  Skeleton self-tightening rubber oil seal installation precautions
 
  (1) Before installing the oil seal, it is necessary to check whether the surface of the journal is too rough and whether there are any scars, especially if there are longer scars along the axis. If the journal surface is too rough, it is easy to damage the oil seal or accelerate the wear of the lip 1:3, destroying its sealing performance. If the surface of the journal due to improper disassembly caused more serious blunt impact scars, will make the oil seal lip and the journal surface is not strictly fit, resulting in oil leakage. In the above two cases, after surfacing the wound part, the lathe can be turned round again according to the specified journal size, or a new shaft can be replaced. If the journal has only metal burrs or shaft head flanges, the file can be used to smooth the surface to prevent the oil seal lip from being injured when installing the oil seal.
 
  (2) Check whether the lip of the oil seal is broken, cracked or oil corrosion, if there are these adverse phenomena, should be replaced with a new oil seal.
 
  (3) When installing the skeleton oil seal, in order to prevent the oil seal lip 121 from being stretched or damaged by scratching, special installation tools must be used. If this tool is not available, it can be installed by the following method: First, roll a layer of transparent hard plastic film (commonly known as cellophane) on the shaft journal and even the shaft head, rub a little oil on the surface, put the oil seal into the shaft head wrapped in plastic film, evenly push the oil seal slowly to the shaft journal, and then pull out the plastic film. Note: Do not install the wrong direction of the lip, it should be toward the inside of the storage of oil, and the side with trademarks and specifications faces the outside. Because the lip 1:3 can only be one-way sealed, if the oil seal is reversed, it is bound to cause oil leakage, weakening the sealing effect or failure. It is necessary to avoid misplacing the oil seal or knocking it with tools such as a hammer on the surface of the oil seal, otherwise it is easy to cause damage to the oil seal.
 
  (4) During the installation process, the oil seal (especially the lip part) and the shaft neck should be kept clean, and be careful not to make the oil seal self-tightening spring jump out of the spring slot. If the self-tightening spring is relaxed and the elasticity is weakened, a section of it can be cut off according to the situation, and the two ends can be securely connected to continue to use.
 
  2. Rubber water ring installation precautions
 
  The water resistance ring of the cylinder liner is an "O" shaped rubber part, the cross-section is mostly round, compared with the skeleton oil seal, the structure is simple, neither skeleton, nor self-tightening spring, relying on the flexibility and elasticity of the rubber itself to seal. If improperly installed, a large amount of cooling water in the water jacket will leak into the crankcase, resulting in oil deterioration, poor lubrication quality, aggravate the wear of the moving parts of the engine, and even produce major failures such as burning the roof and holding the shaft, so the installation of the water ring should pay attention to the following matters:
 
  (1) If the water blocking ring is too thin or the cylinder liner water seal groove is too deep, so that the water blocking ring does not exceed a certain height of the arc surface after being loaded into the cylinder liner water seal groove, at this time, a layer of asbestos rope can be wrapped at the bottom of the water seal groove, coated with water-resistant calcium base grease, and then the water blocking ring is inserted into the water seal groove, and then the cylinder liner is pressed into the body seat hole.
 
  (2) If the water blocking ring is too thick or the cylinder liner water seal groove is too shallow, the water blocking ring is too much higher than the arc surface after loading, at this time, it is not only difficult to install the cylinder liner, but also to crush the rubber water seal or even crush the cylinder liner, and the rubber water seal can be evenly polished with emery cloth until it is loaded into the water seal groove and the protruding height is appropriate so far. Then grease the surface of the rubber ring and press the cylinder liner into the body seat hole.
 
  (3) If the thickness of the water blocking ring is uneven or the depth of the water seal groove is different, the protruded level of the rubber ring is uneven after the cylinder liner is installed, it should be carefully checked whether the rubber ring is the problem or the problem of the water seal groove, and the faulty parts will be replaced.
 
  (4) Before the rubber water blocking trap enters the cylinder liner water seal tank, the rubber ring and water seal tank should be cleaned, and the impurities and dirt should be avoided in the installation. After the rubber ring is installed on the cylinder liner, it is necessary to carefully check whether there is a phenomenon such as twisting and stripping. Before installing the cylinder liner, the dirt on the upper and lower bore of the cylinder block should be carefully removed, and a layer of oil should be applied to the lower bore surface, and then the cylinder liner should be slowly pressed into the bore.
